THE SPL teams are on their winter break but there was plenty of action in the SFL today.
MORTON beat Falkirk by a single goal to go top of the first division while Dumbarton got their first home win of the season with a shock 2-0 victory against high-flying Partick Thistle.
Second division leaders Queen of the South maintained their domination at the top of the table with a 3-0 victory over Albion Rovers.
